GENERAL RETURNS
You Have 14 days to change your mind on purchases. Items must not be used and sent back in “as new” Condition with all accessories and documentation.
FAULTY RETURNS
All faulty items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories and documentation within 28 Days. The item/s will be tested by our technicians to confirm the fault. Once the fault is confirmed we will offer a refund, replacement or repair. If the item/s are tested and found to be working we will send the item back and you will be liable for return postage costs.
